Booking guarantee
To fix the booking, we ask for a deposit of 50%.
You will receive the bank details with your reservation confirmation.
Final cleaning fee
A final cleaning fee is only payable in the apartment.
It is automatically added to your offer/reservation and amounts to EUR 40 per stay/per apartment.
Local / tourist tax
The visitor's tax is automatically added to your offer/reservation.
This is now € 4.00 per person per night all year round. From November 1, is it € 5.00 per person/night.
Children up to 15 years (age + on arrival) are free.
