Our house is on the sunny side of Sölden in Tyrol in the Ötztal, about 10 minutes' walk above (about 100 meters above sea level) the town centre.
It is in an ideal and at the same time quiet location - perfect for enjoying the day and leaving everyday life behind.

Our guests particularly enjoy the peace and quiet and the informal, family atmosphere.

In  summer, a fascinating mountain landscape invites you to unforgettable hikes and many other activities.
In  winter, our house is located between the ski areas, where you can walk to the valley runs in just 5-8 minutes.
