On approximately 20 m² you can enjoy thoughtful comfort and a bright ambience – including a view of the surrounding mountains from the south-facing balcony.

- If the included breakfast is not consumed during the stay or on the day of departure, there is no refund for it.
- When booking a double room for single occupancy, the daily breakfast for one person will be deducted.
- The local tax is €5.00 per person per day all year round.
Children under 15 years of age are exempt from the local tax. The year of birth is the determining factor. - For short stays of up to 3 days in summer, we charge a surcharge. In winter, short stays of less than 5 nights are not possible.
