Booking guarantee

To fix the booking, we ask for a deposit of 50%.

You will receive the bank details with your reservation confirmation.

Final cleaning fee

A final cleaning fee is only payable in the apartment.
It is automatically added to your offer/reservation and amounts to EUR 60 per stay/per apartment.

Local / tourist tax

The visitor's tax is automatically added to your offer/reservation.
From November 1st, 2025 5.00 euros** per person/per night
Children up to 15 years (year of birth is decisive on arrival) are free.
